Picco Partners is a full service General Contracting company providing both residential and commercial construction services.  Construction is a relationship business and we build ours one project at a time.

Every project is unique and we spend time upfront with the owner, architect and designer to ensure that we are clear on your vision so we can execute it perfectly.  

We believe that customers deserve to have clear communication from start to finish, responses in a timely and professional manner and clarity on how and why things are being done.  The process of construction can sometimes be messy but the experience of the customer shouldn’t be.

We utilize a state of the art project management software platform that allows us to share all aspects of your project with you.  You’ll see a detailed schedule, deadlines for selections and daily progress reports with pictures and videos.   

Each week you’ll have up to 30 minutes with your Project Manager to review progress and discuss next steps.  All of our communication about the project occurs within our platform. Your contract and billing is all digital and housed in your custom portal and accessible from anywhere.
